We provide services enabling employees to rate their organization in terms of exclusivity. Take a few minutes to leave an anonymous review and share your experience with the organizations. How do you experience the culture and why isn’t it inclusive? Our mission is to give a voice to people and catalyze positive change.

BAROMETER & DATA

Inclusive Africa provides barometers and data on inclusivity. Answer one of our questionnaires and contribute with data to our inclusion barometer and reports. Our ambition is to work with academic institutions to provide full transparency

A more inclusive dialogue and process where Africa has a seat at the table and no longer the dinner that is being served. 
Some of the development organizations and companies working towards Africa need to recruit more decision-makers that actually have any expertise about the continent and stop excluding people of African descent.

If someone would organize a panel regarding female entrepreneurship and only have male panelists, it would be considered absurd! Stop accepting this naive way of communicating about Africa and include speakers of color.

Lack of willingness to support African startups, SME’S, associations, or NGO’s.
As an example, about 90% of invested capital went to white and expat founders in Kenya 2017 which is quite depressing. By making more investors aware of this problem we can change this.
