If someone would organize a panel regarding female entrepreneurship and only have male panelists, it would be considered absurd! Stop accepting this naive way of communicating about Africa and include speakers of color.
Lack of willingness to support African startups, SME’S, associations, or NGO’s.
As an example, about 90% of invested capital went to white and expat founders in Kenya 2017 which is quite depressing. By making more investors aware of this problem we can change this.
Inform development agencies about organizations that they should not support as they don’t have inclusive processes and arenas
